BRAVE ROBIN

It is Caleb's turn (brave Robin) to spend the night(s) and we are just kind of veggin' today. We are going to the "Feed Trough" to eat, and then going swimming.

Dean did some putzing around the house today---installed a new light over the utility sink, installed a board trim above my new sink, etc...

Me...I don't like getting out in this heat, which is why we waited to go swimming. I'm just not a hot-weather person, even though I try.

Sherri seems to be doing well with the play this weekend although she says she is "so over" her hair. Ha-ha. She is having to work with it a LOT to fix it for the play every night. She is enjoying herself though, and I wouldn't be surprised to see her do another play.

Happy Father's Day to any father who reads this----& yes it is possible.

Oh, I just finished THE DENNISTON ROSE by Jenny Pattric, and it was most excellent!! Really like it. It's about a little 4 yr. old girl and her "shady" mom, who move to an isolated rocky coal mine to hook up with a man her momma knows. The local, New Zealand, is very interesting, and the facts about the area and mining I believe are accurate. It's a very interesting story, and I've already ordered the sequel.

Good night, Gracie....
